Conveniently located just a short walk from Westfield Tea Tree Plaza and the Tea Tree Plaza Bus Interchange, The Tea Tree provides quick access to Adelaide CBD and Adelaide Airport, making travel easy for both local and interstate guests.
Onsite, Paradiso Café and Cocktail Bar is open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, serving a Mediterranean à la carte menu, alongside coffee, cocktails and themed events overlooking the park.

The Loft Suite
The Loft Suite includes one king bed and three single beds and is the most spacious suite available at The Tea Tree. A kitchen with microwave, dining table, and a lounge area make The Loft Suite perfect for a family or small group of friends looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay.

Ideal for a couple, the eight premium, spacious Premier Spa Suites feature a queen bed and a one-person spa bath. Some of the Premier Spa Suites have balconies, and all are complete with deluxe amenities.

Standard Suite
The two Standard Suites are perfect for a short stay and a smart, budget-friendly option. The Queen Bed Standard Suite is equipped with disabled-accessible amenities, while the King + Single Suite includes a king bed and single bed and cosy lighting.

Monday – Saturday 2:00pm – 5:00pm
For arrivals after 5:00pm or on Sundays, please contact the hotel at (08) 8397 8600 before 5:00pm to arrange after-hours entry, as reception is unattended after 5:00pm.
Check-out time is 10:30am
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available on request for $50, subject to availability
Pre-Authorisation
A $180 pre-authorisation will be taken on your card at check-in and released at check-out. Same day, last minute check ins require a $250 pre-authorisation.
Smoking
All suites, including balconies, are strictly non-smoking. A $250 fee applies for non-compliance.
Weekend Noise
The venue hosts weddings and private functions on weekends. Events typically run until midnight and may generate noise during these times.
Cashless Payments
The Tea Tree is a cashless venue. Payments are accepted by card only.
After Hours Security Access
A $110 fee applies for after-hours access assistance. Guests should use both supplied key cards or our free Bluetooth room access app. Fees apply if keys are left in the room and out-of-hours access is required.
Damages
The pre-authorisation credit card will be charged for any damage caused by the guest or anyone occupying the room, covering repair or replacement costs.
Booking Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.
